Free Entry into the 2022 Silver Salmon Challenge Fishing Competition

What a feeling it would be to reel in that BIG one, and not only creating your best fishing tale ever, but also celebrating with a cash prize!

When you book a day of fishing with Salmon Express, you will receive free entry into the 2022 Silver Salmon Challenge fishing competition.

The Silver Salmon Challenge is Lake Ontario’s largest salmon fishing event which runs for 10 weeks from June 18 to August 27, 2022. A $100,000 cash prize is up for grabs for the participant who enters the heaviest salmon overall. There will also be nine weekly prizes of $7000 awarded to the participants that weigh the biggest fish for each week of the Challenge.

Salmon Express is an official Charter Boat in the 2022 Silver Salmon Challenge. Our Captain and crew have more than 20 years of professional Lake Ontario sport fishing experience. Both of our boats are fully equipped and Transport Canada Approved. Our success rate lets us guarantee you a catch during the Silver Salmon Challenge, or your next outing will be on us!

Salmon Express is now permanently based in Port Dalhousie, St. Catharines, just west of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We miss our home in Port Credit, west of Toronto, but we continue to book fishing charters in Port Credit in collaboration with the awesome boat owners we’ve known for years. We regularly accommodate larger groups, with no limit on group size, since additional boats can be chartered.
